Chris FynnChief Executive Officer Chris has extensive expertise in implementing enterprise systems (SAP R/3-centric) in asset-intensive industries along with strategic improvement programs in physical asset management. He has a highly successful track record in managing and growing professional services organizations focused on the implementation of integrated business systems and physical asset management. Chris’ experience extends into asset-intensive industries including utilities, process and mining/minerals processing. He has extensive program and project management experience and hands-on systems implementation expertise, particularly in the implementation of integrated business systems (SAP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/CMMS) systems. He has been responsible for the project management of several large system implementations including very successful SAP R/3 projects installing FI/CO/MM/PM/PP/SD functionality. He has deep knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of best business practice and business process re-engineering concepts in Capital Intensive and Process Industries. Chris is focused on world-class Physical Asset Management practices based on effective use of Enterprise Asset Management/ Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM/CMMS) deployed in conjunction with optimized Maintenance Programs/ Failure Management Policies developed using Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. Over the last ten years he has worked with the SAP system in Engagement Management, Project Management and functional consulting roles. He is highly respected by NDS clients for his business knowledge and logical thinking combined with an unparalleled depth of knowledge on the SAP product across maintenance, production, customer service and logistics business functions. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and has worked in the field of maintenance management for the past ten years, and has specialized exclusively in RCM2 for the past eight years. He has played major roles in the successful RCM2 initiatives at Alyeska Pipeline Services, British Nuclear Fuel Limited (BNFL), Denver Water Board, Bergen County Utility Authority (BCUA) and a wide variety of blue chip organizations, worldwide. William Van AttenVice President and Chief Financial Officer bill.vanatten@nd-solutions.com Bill has been the CFO of New Dimension Solutions since it’s start-up in 2001. He is responsible for managing all the financial and administrative functions. Bill has over 20 years of broad, international experience in all facets of finance including strategic planning, capital formation, due diligence, mergers/acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting. He has extensive international experience having worked for 3 years in Australia and 5 years in France as a Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining New Dimension Solutions, Bill held a number of senior financial positions in several start-up companies as well as Fortune 500 companies; Digital Equipment Corporation and Norton Company. He earned a BA in Languages from the University of Vermont, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Bill also attended the Executive Management Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. Bill is also a former Green Beret, having served in the US Army 10th Special Forces (Parachute) Group. He brings a strategic focus to business issues and the delivery of optimized solutions. In his 15 years of consulting, he has had the opportunity to consult in numerous industries including Utilities, Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Transportation, Government, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products.
