PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to Acquire Assets of New Dimension Solutions, Inc.

NEW YORK, July 8, 2008 — PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP today announced an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of New Dimension Solutions, Inc. (NDS), a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting services primarily focused on asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Mining and Energy. The acquisition includes a group of client service professionals with significant industry, operational and IT expertise, specifically in EAM implementations. New Dimension Solutions CEO Chris Fynn will be admitted to the PwC partnership as a principal and will join PwC's Advisory practice as a member of the Utilities Advisory Sector group led by partner David Etheridge.
